The location is truly breathtaking: surrounded by lush jungle, yet perfectly situated as a base for exploring nearby waterfalls, heading to the beach, or enjoying a surf day in Dominical. On top of that, it’s the perfect starting point for unforgettable adventures. The hosts can help organize whale watching tours, diving trips, or visits to national parks. They also know the hidden spots where you can see sloths and other wildlife – away from the crowds and mass tourism. The apartments are spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the stunning pool with its peaceful atmosphere, as well as the private jungle trail on the property. Walking along the path felt magical – with the chance to spot wildlife and a small stream with a charming waterfall waiting at the end. Paradise Lodge is the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting this part of Costa Rica.

Wonderful staff, family-run hotel, we were greeted by the lovely and friendly grandmother who gave us good tips about the area and directions to a hike around the property and a hiking trail to waterfalls nearby.

Beautiful location, absolutely stunning views of the forest. Staff extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Lots of beautiful birds around. Highly recommend taking the quetzal tour to see this amazing bird with Grieven, who is really an expert on these creatures. There is also some very nice, but very hilly and tough hikes on the property which are worth the climb. Highly recommend
