This felt like a very special place. Everyone has their own cabin with fire place should you need to warm up. There’s a long walk you can do through the jungle from the hotel which was really nice. The staff were really helpful when it came to getting taxis around, but a lot easier here to have a car.

Everything, this was a treat and I could have stayed there for ever. The breakfast included was so good with many choices. This is great for person that want to be in nature.

Yatama Rainforest Ecolodge asub Costaricani vihmametsa keskmes, mida tuntakse Horquetas de Sarapiqui nime all. The cabin we had was amazing! We got an upgrade to the family hut which was such a pleasure to stay in. The staff were lovely, the food was great and the setting just amazing. I also found the prices for the guided tours pretty reasonable.

Offering an indoor pool and a restaurant, Peace Lodge is located a 1-hour drive from San Jose in Vara Blanca. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. This property is phenomenal. We had a room the size of an apartment. The bathroom had two showers a spa tub; waterfall; double vanity and space for days. The bar fridge was fully stocked the balcony had a hammock and it’s own outdoor spa and waterfall too. The property is in the middle of no where and it’s best to drive yourself. The zoo is magical. .Views are breathtaking. Room also had a fire place you need it at night it gets cold. The hummingbird feeder at every room is a beautiful touch. The staff are friendly and you feel like they are your friend.

Aia ja vaikse tänavavaatega Coco Cabana in the Jungle asub Sarapiquís, 43 km kaugusel Laguna del Hule'st ja 48 km kaugusel Ebal Rodriguezi staadionist. The location is fantastic: this cabana is quite remote in the middle of the jungle and in the morning we could spot monkeys and quite a few hummingbirds :) Additionally, the house is super well-kept and curated. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the comfy living room. Super recommend!!

Amazing place, house is luxurious and decorated with a good taste. Well equipped. You can feel that the owner has put a lot of heart into this place. Direct access to the river, you can even use kayaks. Nice veranda with hammocks to chill out and a barbecue place. Perfect place for a few days of peace and relax.

Puerto Viejo linnas paiknev majutusasutus on La Selva bioloogilisest jaamast vaid 21 km kaugusel. This was a unique lodging opportunity for my family and I. It was so special to see how this couple had transformed this part of land from a cattle field to their own jungle for growing vanilla. It was very private and right above the river. A perfect first stop for recovering from the long over night airplane ride. You are just far enough away from the main road and tourist attractions to relax on the front porch and watch for birds! It is rustic but well kept and has everything you need.
