The hosts (Hugh & Naomi) where both absolutely lovely to talk to and I enjoyed my time there. The house is very remote and spacious, the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains -or- on rainy days sit in the roofed patio and enjoy the sounds of the rain.

The cottage was fully stocked with every piece of cooking equipment we needed. I could tell that Kirsty had thought about everything to make her guest's stay comfortable and pleasant. It had everything we needed and was excatly what we were looking for in our city escape. Rosie, their golden retriever, guided us around the property on our morning walk! I also don't remember the last time I saw so many stars!

Loved our stay at Fort Rock Cabin. Accommodation was clean and had a beautiful feel to it. Was close to gorgeous bushwalks and the town centre of Blackheath.
