It's a beautiful, newly refurbished apartment. In the centre and you don't need a car when you get there. Bed was amazing with very comfortable mattress. Host was super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Thinking about coming back.

Easy to get the ski bus or drive to the ski lifts. The house was spacious and comfortable for 8 of us. The kitchen was well equipped too.

The service was amazing all the staff was welcoming especially Philip thank you on making our stay on the hotel exceptional. The 3rd floor staff are amazing on cleaning our penthouse and provide us with everything we need or we might need. The food is amazing in the hotel. breakfast was excellent variety and the dinner is delicious and the best in Kitzbühel.

The breakfast was incredible and dining in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The food and culinary experience was wonderful. We loved our evening Sauna, Steam and relaxation lounge in the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for a couple plus 1 guest that slept on the comfortable fold-out couch. We very much appreciated having 1-1/2 baths in our suite to make our guest feel more comfortable. The location was just a 5 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn gondola and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Our stay in this chalet exceeded all expectations. Everything was modernly furnished with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment, and there were tea and coffee available in the apartment. The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hostess was incredibly hospitable and friendly. The chalet was also very, very clean. The location is perfect as it’s a bit secluded, yet only a ten-minute drive to the center and the ski resort. I’m definitely planning to return in the future.

It's a beautiful chalet with an exquisite interior design by either a self-taught or professional designer. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The chalet boasts a balcony on three sides that provides an almost panoramic view of the city and nature. Furthermore, there is a garage available for parking your car. The chalet is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, and three TVs. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and there are large cupboards for storing your clothes and other belongings. In addition, there's a gas grill available for your use, which is a delightful option. The location is central, with a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 20-minute walk to Schwarzsee. Our group of five concluded that it was the most beautiful place we've ever visited.
