Easy to get the ski bus or drive to the ski lifts. The house was spacious and comfortable for 8 of us. The kitchen was well equipped too.

From the moment you walk into reception, to the moment you check-out you will be amazed by every detail. The service, the rooms, the hotel, the chalet, the breakfast, the beds, the quality of everything in the rooms - unbelievable!! Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, they will quite literally find a way to cater for you whatever you need. We were a group of 6 girls and felt so looked after, loved the drop off and pick up to the ski lifts - super easy! We can't wait to come back.

Yoga classes and fitness classes are arranged at the fitness room in house. Ski equipment hire, car hire and free use of bicycles are available at this 5-star aparthotel and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. A ski pass sales point, ski storage space and a ski shuttle are all featured at Kitzbühel Lodge, and guests can go hiking in the surroundings. Everything was amazing from the staff to the location and the incredible room and amenities. We spent 3 weeks travelling through Switzerland and Austria staying in 19 different places and this was by far the best in every way. If I was to stay anything even semi negative it would be that dinner was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was great though. We will be back!

At the chalet complex, all units are fitted with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchenette, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathrobes and slippers. A dishwasher, a toaster and fridge are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the chalet complex, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. The breakfast was incredible and dining in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The food and culinary experience was wonderful. We loved our evening Sauna, Steam and relaxation lounge in the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for a couple plus 1 guest that slept on the comfortable fold-out couch. We very much appreciated having 1-1/2 baths in our suite to make our guest feel more comfortable. The location was just a 5 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn gondola and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Mozart Airport is 76 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Monika greated us upon arrival, showed all the premises, was kind and helpful. The property was outstanding.

Our stay in this chalet exceeded all expectations. Everything was modernly furnished with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment, and there were tea and coffee available in the apartment. The bed was so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The hostess was incredibly hospitable and friendly. The chalet was also very, very clean. The location is perfect as it’s a bit secluded, yet only a ten-minute drive to the center and the ski resort. I’m definitely planning to return in the future.

The chalet was absolutely beautiful - extremely clean, very well decorated (in such good taste!) and with really comfy beds (which is very rare when you go on holiday!). We will definitely book again.
