Cabins in Kerikeri

Beautifully appointed house just a few minutes outside Kerikeri.

A very clean, quite place to stay.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed, was very comfortable and warm, the location was perfect. We had a very comfortable 4 days stay.

Peter and Gregg are fantastic hosts. They know the area very well and all recommendations they made were great. Amazing breakfast, cozy rooms, splendid views, easy parking - for sure would go back there!

We liked Bellrock Lodge and this little village so much, we even extended our stay! :) It is worth staying longer in Kororareka Russell and especially at Bellrock Lodge, so let us tell you why: Bellrock Lodge is situated on a little hill (if you walk, there are a few steep meters) and because of that, you will have the most amazing views from your terrace over the coast. On clear days you will even see as far as Waitangi. The apartment and the terrace are quite spacious, even the bathroom offers more than usual space in rental properties. It is very nice equipped. The garden is beautiful so you also see beautiful garden greenery from the terrace. The hosts Catherine and Stuart are very kind and responded fast via WhatsApp. Their sweet dog Piper was also a great host and excited to offer play time with her favorite football and such :D Catherine and Stuart were always very hospitable, so for instance, if you get in a morning rain like us, getting new towels is easy peasy, just a message/call away ;-) The Lodge offers great amendities: laundry, dryer, DVD Library (great selection, we loved it), CD and Book Library aswell... To top it off, the Whirlpool and BBQ area are great, with superb views also. We loved to enjoy the Spa, especially on rainy days. In addition to that, we highly appreciated how thoughtful everything is equipped, there are umbrellas in the driveway, wineglasses from plastic for the Spa, different chairs (even comfy reading/TV chairs), more than 2 different towel sizes and many more things like that.. We have travelled a lot and Bellrock Lodge is one of our favorites. You nearly forget, that you are at a self-service accomendation because everything is so thoughtfully done. It is worth staying longer, you can experience a lot in the area, walk to the beaches from Bellrock if you want to, get groceries and have great restaurants/cafés in town.

Magnificently appointed. Great internal space and comfort. Fabulous gardens and decks for BBQ and relaxation. Magnificent views and exceptional welcome from the hosts

The drive there is stunning, the property is nestled in gorgeous countryside. It was very easy to find using Google maps and communication from the hosts beforehand was great. After a quick tour of all the adorable animals on the farm we settled in for a night in the hot tub under the stars. A simply magical stay! I wish we could have stayed longer.

The host was very welcoming and professional. Everyone seemed relaxed and laid back.
