Cabins in Masai Mara

Peal mara was excellent! super friendly staff, responsive, polite, helpful. The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

The camp owners Sandra and Joseph were exceptional and catered to our every need by responding to messages quickly and helping me create an amazing hot air balloon engagement proposal. Camp manager Maxon along with other employees always checked in on us and would tell amazing stories about the Masai Mara. Whilst I’m sure other drivers are great, our driver Dominique was brilliant and ensured we had the best time, with amazing breakfasts with hippos and ensuring that we saw all the animals. Also… You are a 1 minute drive to the Masai Mara gate. Have fresh meals prepared everyday. Have great WiFi in the shared areas

From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Valery and her amazing team. We stayed in a beautifully designed, cozy room (everything inside was chosen with care and filled with comfort) The atmosphere at Emboo is magical: peaceful nature, evenings around the fire on soft poufs under the stars, delicious meals, and a deep connection to the nature. We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. The entire team at Emboo is united by true hospitality, care for nature, and love for what they do. We’re already home, but our hearts are still with you at Emboo. I enjoyed all the meals that were served

It was our second visit to Mara NP, but our first time sleeping within these grounds. Waking up with a river view and having zebras or hyenas or giraffes looking right across is mesmerising. The tent was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for three persons. Esmo was assigned to take care of us at meal times and he did a wonderful job. The meals were freshly prepared and very good. It was like a set menu and there was always a vegeterian option. The Masai also made us feel safe in the evening while escorting us.

We had an absolutely beautiful week at Kobe Mara, in the Masai Mara Conservancy. We stayed in one of their four tents and had the most incredible wildlife roaming in front of our tent or at the water in front of the main house every single day. Sammy, his right hand Jonathan and their team carried us on their hands and made sure our every need was met with a huge smile. We went on games drives in the Masai Mara with rangers Moses & Alex. Their passion for nature and their culture was tangible in the experience and the knowledge they shared priceless. The chef Julius did wonders in the kitchen & the team even surprised us with a cake and little celebration on our final evening. The experiences we have had in the last week is something we will cherish forever. We cannot wait for our next visit.

First off, the staff at this hotel are exceptional, everyone you meet is happy, positive and goes above and beyond your expectations of quality service. The club room option, while a bit expensive, is an incredible experience. There is access to a members only lounge and swimming pool, so you are guaranteed a quiet, relaxed space to enjoy food and drinks. We practically had the place to ourselves, including the chef. The food was fantastic and varied daily, prepared by the excellent chef Steven and his assistant Daglas, who are both absolute gentlemen. The service we got was so good, we made a list of names of the staff who made our stay most memorable. Doreen, Caroline, Andy and Alex running the lounge were always on hand, with a drink, for a chat, a laugh and to share some local knowledge with us, they made every meal time a joy. Jack looked after our room and was on call at any moment to get us whatever we needed, he is an extremely nice, friendly person and a great ambassador for the Sarova brand. Veronica doing entertainment and games is full of positive energy and always greets you with a big smile, creating a lovely, fun atmosphere around the place. Upon arrival, we were met by the wonderful Ruth, who can organise and fix anything for the guests,, she is an amazing person and really enhanced the experience of our visit. And last but not least our guide for the game drive, Daniel, being a Masai he has great knowledge of Masai Mara, where best to see the big 5, and all the other incredible animals and birds, we had an amazing time with him as our guide. I honestly can't speak more highly about the place and all the staff we met were amazing, just the list above are the people who we spent the most time with. There's a nice, relaxed, happy atmosphere to the place with a genuine commitment by everyone to ensure you have the most amazing experience possible. We will 100% be back!
