Lovely and peaceful setting. Beautiful view of the night sky, sunset and sunrise (weather dependant). Close enough to Westport without being in the thick of it all. Maria elevates this little home from home with her personal touches, who knew how entertaining leaving us Connect4 could be. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm back this way and I plan to come back very soon. Also...most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

One of the best place we have stayed in recent times. The cottage is really beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. We really loved this place so much that we are already planning to stay here for weeks or month next time.. This place has almost eveything you need for a long stay. Everything. Our family have stayed in many places before but this beautiful house by the lake was really exceptional. There’s every comfort and facility a family will need. The host was extremely helpful and always responsive. It’s the perfect place to explore Connemara and Galway from. On a clear night, the view with the moon’s reflection is like something out of a fairy tale.
