I only stayed one night and arrived quite late, but I found my room and all the other areas very spacious and neatly clean. Room had free wi-fi, TV with Amazon Prime, comfortable bed. I didn't get to meet the owner, but he seemed to be very accommodating, I have received detailed instructions how to get into the house, where to find everything etc.

Sadly I arrived late and have to be up early to start my caring for grandchildren, but I so wish I knew of this place before , it's a beautiful house , my room is spotless and has everything I needed for my overnight stay . It's in a very convenient location for the city . Near to a bus route for me and parking for those who have cars . I haven't used the facilities, but people were making food in a kitchen when I arrived. The bathroom although shared is beautifully decorated and clean. Thanks to the owners for a perfect stay, I wasn't able to stay with family last night due to numbers and this was perfect.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay with Chris & Kay. The cabin is perfect for the ultimate getaway from the stresses and strains of life. It was warm, spacious, with excellent facilities & a stunning view. To wake up to the sound of the river sweetly passing by is an experience which you cannot compare. Similarly, the hospitality was second to none. We were offered cups of tea, bacon sandwiches of a morning & Chris & Kay couldn't have possibly been anymore helpful. We felt so at home. We shed a tear when we left as we had such an amazing time! The local pub is just a 10 minute walk away, Southampton a 25-minute drive and for those of you venturing further the New Forest just 45 minutes. It couldn't be better situated. I promise you that coming for a stay with Chris & Kay is an experience you will truly enjoy.

We had a fantastic night at the cottage. So impressed with the location and the property itself. I think it was amazing value for money. We will definitely book to stay again. The only suggestion would be maybe to put blackout curtains in the upstairs bedroom.
