The staff is amazing! Everybody is so nice! The resort is simple and relatively small, but also very cozy! The beach in front of it is one of the most beautiful ones in the entire island! Crystal clear blue water. The prices of food and beverages are good and there are a few other options of restaurants really close to the resort. My husband and I spent 8 days there and loved each one of them!

The place was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a perfect spot. It even had a private beach where we could swim and relax, which made the experience even more special. The host was incredibly humble and accommodating. I arrived earlier than expected, and he made sure everything was ready for us and all our needs were taken care of. He also helped us book activities at much better prices than what we found online, which was a big bonus. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and peaceful environment. I would definitely love to come back again!

Le Maitai Polynesia is situated in the south of Bora Bora on Matira Point Beach. Great location on the main island. Lovely bungalows that are spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent beds. The rooms we were in seemed recently renovated. Staff is very nice and helpful. Service with changing to an overwater bungalow was impeccable. The beach restaurant was decent. The hotel is close to other restaurants and shops. Snorkeling in front of the hotel is okay. Plenty of tropical fish, eagle rays and maybe a shark or turtle if you’re lucky. The hotel offers tours for snorkeling, but you can also book something yourselves and get picked up at the pier in front of the hotel.
