Amazing stay! Staff was so friendly, helpful and smiling. Nice clean rooms (the cleaning lady makes the towels into different animals everyday - we got 4 different - very impressive!) Great breakfast.

The on-site hot springs are beautiful. The included 30 min spa treatments (one per stay pp) were a nice touch. The activity (one per stay pp) was brilliant. The bird life around the property and the trail walk is beautiful. Lunch was good for veggies and view from the restaurant to the volcano is amazing. Pool bar man is a diamond!
