In the evening, the restaurant was even more delightful – we highly recommend visiting. But the most wonderful part was the staff – they made us feel completely at home.

They provided all the necessary information about the area and were always available to help, making me feel truly taken care of throughout my stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the harbor, beach, and main square, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself is very new and impeccably clean, with full amenities including an elevator. I particularly enjoyed the common library, perfect for some quiet reading or work, and the charming small garden. Everything in the hotel was in perfect working order.

20 km from Pico do Carvao, Quinta Relax Azores is a recently renovated property located in Ribeira Grande and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. The rate and location was excellent.
