Situated right next to the National Cathedral, where Moctezuma's Palace once stood, this hotel in downtown Mexico City offers convenient amenities such as free on-site parking and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the famous Zocalo plaza. We loved everything: - The location is as central as it gets but still easy 20 min ride from the airport. - The breakfast was amazing with nice Mexican options, good coffee and freshly squeezed juice. - Room was clean, with enough space, good coffee, great shower - Things like 24 hour cafeteria with free snacks and refrigerators with free water on every floor - And lastly the staff. The staff was the absolute best, each and every one of them from the entrance, to the reception, breakfast room and the cleaning lady were absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could for us with such ease and always smiling. Our boys got Christmas presents, we needed a wheelchair for one of our boys and they had it (for free!), they called airport for us to arrange wheelchair assistance for him, staff in the restaurant and in breakfast room were amazing, I asked the cleaning lady if I can have two regular coffee pods in our room instead of one regular and one decaf and not only she gave it to me but remembered to put two regular coffee pods the next day...we would really like to thank every one of them for making our stay so nice and we absolutely recommend this place.

Overlooking Chapultepec Park in one of the best neighbourhoods in Mexico City, this hotel offers relaxing spa services and gourmet dining within minutes of the city's main business, commercial and entertainment districts. Beautiful room on the 16th floor facing the park, wonderful views day and night. Large king room with hot water galore. Fantastic staff all around and delicious breakfast options and plenty of them. Nothing but amazing time at the grand fiesta as a first time stay. Will come again
