We have been travelling for many months with over 50 accomodations and this was our favourite. Jerad, Madushanka and the rest of the staff were incredible. They were always friendly, helpful, flexible and even entertained our baby while we were eating (game changer!) They upgraded us into a bigger room which was sooo spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Heater, blankets, bed, shampoo, even conditioner, great (European?) window frames 😆, clean and safe water. The food and drinks were delicious! I loved the hot chocolate and enjoyed it sitting at the fire place. They have books and games. They have drivers accomodation as well. Even our driver said it was the best accomodation. And they have an amazing yoga and meditation room which you can use any time. And the best part: staying at Suriya guest is supporting the Suriya foundation, which is running a special needs school in Sri Lanka. Next time we come, we will visit the school as well. Thank you for this amazing stay! (I unfortunately forgot to take pictures before it was a baby chaos room)

Un ringraziamento particolare a Chaminda per la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità . Abbiamo dimenticato qualcosa in stanza e ci è arrivato direttamente in stazione prima della partenza del nostro treno. Ottimo staff !!!!

Magnolia Hideout si trova a Nuwara Eliya e propone la vista sulla città, un giardino, una sala comune, una terrazza e un barbecue. beautiful interior, lots of space both in the room and common area. everything was really clean, and i got a towel that is actually soft and dries my hair for the first time in sri lanka. big kitchen with a lot of tools if you want to cook, and super kind and attentive Mr. Madusanka. really kind neighbors next door who helped me find my lost bag as well (shout out to pedro stay uncle!) also can see amazing stars outside as well!

Ubicato a Nuwara Eliya, a 3,8 km da Lago Gregory e 11 km da Hakgala Botanical Garden, Shevyhaws propone un giardino e il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura, oltre a un parcheggio privato gratuito per... We loved our stay at Shevyhaws, and would love to stay there again. Chaminda and his family are wonderful guests, they could not do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious and had everything from fruit, to toast, jams and omlettes to curry and roti and pancakes. Accommodation is a bit away from town about 2.5 km, but that was not a problem as Chaminda gave us rides to and from town at no cost, whenever we texted him. He recommended a delicious vegetarian restaurant. He organised daytrips with his 4x4 Jeep at very good prices including the Horton plains, and some tea plantations and waterfalls. The Lovers leap with it's beautiful surroundings is 15 mins walking distance from Shevyhaws. Shower wàs hot and powerful and bedroom was spotlessly clean and included warm cosy blankets for the colder nights. Would strongly recommend to anyone considering.
