Splendido albergo con camere arredate con gusto e design, letti molto molto comodi e soffici (una manna dal cielo dopo tante notti su futon o materassi durissimi). Ampio parcheggio, personale molto gentile, abbiamo passato una bellissima e riposante notte qui. La zona di Aso è davvero splendida, all'interno di una antica caldera e con vista sui bellissimi vulcani attivi. Ci sono molti ristoranti interessanti e diverse attività e view point.

Situato a 3,2 km da Hosokawa Residence Gyobutei, THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO offre alloggi a 4 stelle a Kumamoto e presenta un centro fitness, un ristorante e un bar. The hotel staff are superb, comparable and i would say even better than some five star hotels ! Hotel got modern architecture with pleasent views. I usualy dont stay at same hotels when revisiting locations, but if i ever visit Kumamoto again, i would definitley stay here again just for the team working there to make your visit memorable.

Easy 10 min walk from Uchinomaki station, so accessible also without a car (just watch the train schedule since trains are only once per hour or so). This is just one train stop from Aso station, so provides easy access to Mt. Aso and the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, pans, condiments, etc) and there is a small grocery store nearby to buy ingredients. Rooms are large, and there is a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a japanese - style bathroom. The piano in the living room was a great and unexpected bonus. We were passing through and only stayed one night, but it would have been a great base to explore the Aso area and we would have loved to stay for longer.

We feel so lucky to have met the hosts and been able to stay in this amazing home. Staying here is just an incredible experience, the home is stunning and fun to explore, the views are great and the hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our only wish is that we had stayed even longer.

Situato a Kumamoto, a 2,3 km da Hosokawa Residence Gyobutei, Tudzura presenta un bar, camere non fumatori e il WiFi gratuito in tutta la struttura. Super thankful to be accommodated as a solo traveler. The host and staff are very nice and thoughtful. I was amazed by the interior design, and selection of refreshments/drinks/books here, everything is crafted in details and I can feel their efforts and seriousness. It’s truly impressive to be staying in a historical building and surrounded by wood, while enjoying the neat environment and modern design of shared bathroom. This’s also a good location for people who want to slow down and prefer less busy areas. Walkable distance to tram and JR stations, and the nearby area of Shirakawa River’s definitely nice for a walk. And don’t forget to order fine sake by 9pm if you’d like to taste more!

Posizionato ad Aso, a 32 km da Egao Kenko Stadium Kumamoto, 阿蘇び心 Asobi Gokoro mette a disposizione un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e una terrazza. Yoshi is the epitome of Japanese hospitality. Yoshi-sang is warm and welcoming from the beginning. We were greeted with some warm corn tea and Yoshi-sang enthusiastically introduced us to the nearby attractions/onsen and food options, with his self drawn map! We would love to have a bbq session at his very nicely decorated place if the weather is not cold. The onsen and food option Yoshi recommended is awesome. On the cold night, he also offered to prepare us some warm bottle to warm up the futons. Next morning, Yoshi also volunteered to defrost the windscreen as it was frosted overnight. He then made us nice dripped coffee and recommended us to take certain routes to visit daikanbo, the Aso crater and scenic route to Beppu. He even helped us to check the crater situation and weather forecast! Staying at Yoshi’s place and meeting him is definitely one of the highlight of our two weeks honeymoon trip. Thank you very much for the very wonderful stay!
