The Property is decorated & maintained to a high standard, all the amenities worked consistently with no problems, felt more like a quality Hotel with the added touch of a Homestay. The owners/hosts are very kind, genuinely hospitable, hard working & incredibly helpful, the food was always freshly prepared & very tasty, (I highly recommend eating dinner here, you won't be disappointed). The location is good, away from the hustle & bustle of the town with amazing views of the valley. You will get a room key & can come & go as you like so (just like a Hotel) so don't be put off by it being a Homestay, our overall experience was excellent from the point of booking to our departure the communication & information was first class, arranging Taxis & helping plan our trip. A special mention to Nima & his wife who helped care for my daughter when unwell & whose company I was very happy & grateful to share, wonderful. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

The Nettle and Fern Farmstay presenta un giardino, una sala comune, una terrazza e un ristorante a Pelling. A hidden gem in Pelling! This farm stay is the ultimate destination when visiting this region. Surrounded by nature and offering a breathtaking view, we could even see the Kangchenjunga from our bed. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We particularly cherished our dinner and breakfast on the hotel's terrace. However, it's essential to have plenty of patience because communicating with the staff can be challenging, and understanding each other is even more so. The farm stay is located approximately 35 minutes on foot from the nearest town, and the staff wasn't very helpful in arranging transportation, even a taxi (referred to as a tourist vehicle). One important note: Despite what booking.com may indicate about free booking and cancellation, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

The Di-Lac Retreat is situated in Gangtok and features a terrace. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a restaurant. Both free WiFi and private parking are available on site. The staff is really sweet, the rooms are great and breakfast too.

Indeed one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Hotel is really an epitome of hospitality. The rooms are very premium and well decorated with all luxuries. The balcony has Kanchenjunga View. Food is also awesome. Spa is also good. Hotel is near MG Marg.

I really like the ambience and the vibes here are really calming. My children also enjoyed the place and the staff here were soft spoken and child friendly too. The food was also good be it paneer tikka or dal fry. Their signature dish was really good.

The food was absolutely delicious—home-cooked, authentic, and easily some of the best I’ve had during my travels. On top of that, everything was offered at very affordable rates, making it a great value for money. I’m genuinely grateful for the hospitality and care shown by the owner and their family. This homestay isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel at home. Highly recommended!
