Situated within 2 acres of gardens, Garvock House Hotel is a historic country house located in Dunfermline. The property features an on-site restaurant and terrace, offering views of the garden. We had a lovely time in this hotel. I need to say that place is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was a great surprise, I totally recommend it. The breakfast was really good as well.

The property is actually a cafe with rooms on the second floor. The rooms were very spacious and had a king sized bed and two single beds. The toilet was also very big equipped with a large shower. Very comfortable room with just nice heating that was turned on throughout the day. We did not have breakfast there but the latte was very delicious and was purchased using a £5 voucher that was placed in the room by the kind staff. The location is superb as you can see the ocean from the window.

Dalam 18-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai St Andrews East Sands dan 1.5km dari Universiti St Andrews, Auld Tom's Rest menyediakan WiFi percuma dan taman. We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated house. We really appreciated that Garry the host had put the heating on, that the place smelt heavenly with scented diffusers in the different rooms, and that he had provided complementary drinks for our arrival. What more could you ask for. The house has everything you need and was so cosy. This was the absolute perfect spot for our golfing trip. It was located very close to the town and golf courses and there were supermarkets just around the corner from the house. The area itself was nice and quiet. Garry, the host was always available to answer any questions. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a little gem. A really great find.

It is very peaceful here and was a real treat to rent The Hideaway. If you have the chance to book this you will not be disappointed. Everything you need is provided and all you have to do is sort out your food or order a hamper which we did do. We enjoyed watching the sun going down and the moonlight glistening on the water...
