It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Posizionato a Cheb, a 36 km da Colonnato della Fontana Cantante, Penzion Na Svahu mette a disposizione un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una terrazza e un bar. very friendly host who cares really for us. made a surprise on birthday with candle, cake and a song :) in addition we had a nice view to the town with beautiful scenery If our future journeys goes near by, we like to come back :)

What a fabulous first time in Karlovy Vary:). The hotel is situated central but in quiet area providing the free of charge parking, friendly service, elegant, spacious and clean room with a terrific view, tasty breakfast (there are also gluten/dairy-free options upon request).. We would highly recommend to stay here!
