We booked this hotel for 3 days, based mainly on price, putting in second the location (Karterados is uncomfortable for bus transfers, and I didn't plan to hire a car). It turned out to be a really beautiful structure, above our expectations: nice room, well furnished, clean (they changed our towels every day). But the surprise was the staff, kudos to them for always making us feel comfortable. Although our stay in the pool or at the tables has always been short and occasional, they never failed to offer us drinks (coffee, sangria, ouzo). We only had breakfast, even on that occasion we were always offered something. Prices for other meals are aligned with others, unfortunately we didn't have a chance to compare the quality. Moreover, at check-out we were offered an excellent bottle of white wine, luckily arrived at home intact. They offer transfer for every place: the ones to/from the port (Athinios) or the airport has the same price, the firts is convenient, the other less (only 4 km), but aligned with all the others. After checking with other agencies, we booked from them a catamaran cruise, the price was identical to the minimum found elsewhere, so, why not? So, what about? everything perfect, congratulations! Buses to Fira pass 50 meters from the hotel, and connections with other destinations, at Fira bus station, are immediate or almost (we went to Oja this way). If you plan to walk to Fira, keep in mind the first part of the path has no sidewalk. We did it the first day without problems, despite the traffic.

It’s very clean and new! It’s a 5-10 minute drive to Fira and 5 minutes to Karterados town. It was convenient coz we had a car. But if you don’t have it, the bus stop is a 10-min walk. Claudio was very responsive and took care of our needs. The lady who brought breakfast and cleaned the villa everyday is so kind. The breakfast is almost the same everyday but it was always more than enough for us. The hot tub is perfect too, especially that the wind has become a bit cooler at night.

The hotel is perfect in every way. Close enough to fira by walking but also has enough parking for you if you wish to rent and drive around Santorini. The staff were phenomenal. The private pool was great. The interiors were modern and clean. And the place is quite overall.

    This is not a hotel to spend a vacation at, but mostly a hotel to use when you need a cheap place to sleep with a close location to Thira and to the bus station. It was a nice detail though that they gave us our room when we arrived for a very early check in around 7am, and the breakfast was also quite good with an additional cost of 7€ which you must be prepared to pay with cash. The price for this hotel is very affordable.

    Eva and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The location was ideal as it was walking distance to Fira 1.1km. There was a bakery close by which served delicious cakes and pastries

    This property is exceptional - perfect choice when in Santorini. Spotlessly clean, charming hotel with lovely and helpfull staff, they all are really loving what they do. Ideal location for exploring the island. Would gladly stay anytime in the future.

    Very good stay at the bonsai luxury suites, discreet and accommodating staff. Very clean accommodation with a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Ideal location with a car/quad rental. A bus stop is also available 2 steps from the accommodation. I recommend without problem.

    Great budget hotel, very pretty exterior and a superb swimming pool perfect for diving and proper swims! Good location with plenty of cafes and bars very nearby and only a short walk into Fira.

    The room was very clean and had heating and air conditioning which was appreciated. The staff were very helpful with any request and questions we had. They organised transfers and taxis and were cheaper than an external agency. the location is great if you have a car or are taking the bus to travel to other places in the island as it is quiet and there are shops and cafes around. The room and pension looked exactly like the photos, I would recommend coming here if you are visiting Santorini.

    Good location only 10 min walk into Fira. A pool which was great to cool off in . Room was OK. Bathroom cramped , but good Size balcony and good size room with fridge, air con and safe. Look it is a cheaper budget hotel, so don't build high expectations . But value for money good .
