Posto incantevole per gli amanti della natura. Il manager della struttura è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze sia all'arrivo che in partenza (avevamo dimenticato di lasciare le chiavi in reception al checkout, hanno facilitato il rilascio delle chiavi senza farci tornare indietro). Pasti salutari e frutta eccelsa.

Amazing location as the property is very close to the airport as it is from the city Center. Mr. Luís is a very sweet and caring host, like a father figure as he helped us with whatever we needed. We ended up feeling at home. The room is spacious, is cleaned every day and has an AC that works very well. Breakfast is served outside by the pool where planes can be seen landing and taking off.

Welfare Agroturismo was part of the São Tomé round trip I have made with my girlfriend. The hotel is small (5 rooms only) and quite remote, but surrounded by beautiful nature. It has a very beautiful garden full of flowers, vanilla, fruits… and there are several options for tours to explore the center of the island (visit of Monte Cafe and Jardim Botanico de Bom Sucesso; hike to Lagoa Amelia; or you just start a hike along the old paths directly from the agroturismo). The hosts are so lovely and great cooks. Especially the dinners were really great and diverse. I would definitely come back again!

This is a budget accommodation so keep your expectations realistic. The room is basic, but clean. Very good AC. Comfortable bed. Can not fault it at all for this standard of accommodation. Breakfast is served in a roof top veranda. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the fruit served was just amazing! Free pick-up from the airport is a real bonus! The host was very helpful to assist in changing money in town and to rent a car as well. The host was always accessible via a WhatsApp if needed. Very good WIFI in the room. From here we walked in to town (bars, seafront) in 5min max. There is a shop downstairs so you can pick up few items if needed. What not to like.
