I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay on Príncipe. It‘s just as beautiful as in the pictures and Bracino, the dog, is the sweetest addition to this home you could imagine. Rita regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the property manager Joaquin was super helpful. Every morning, he brought us fresh fruit from the farm. ❤️ It‘s just a ~7-10min drive from the biggest town on the island and Rita has many recommendations for restaurants. There’s also a beach within walking distance.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Roça Sundy - Principe Collection is a country house situated in a historic building in Santo António, 23 km from Zona Ecologica Principe Ecological Zone. Wellness packages is available for guests. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, full-day security and free WiFi. I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!

Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.
