These things are very important. But with Mactan Cebu Guesthouse they exceeded it and with flying colors. The Place is clean, very comfortable bed, very accommodating. Comfy mattress, very clean, complete kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of space nice balcony, the shower has piped in hot water. Best of all, the owner is very accommodating helpful and responds quickly to all questions and needs.
