The café upstairs exceeded expectation. The person who made me a cappuchino gave it à hint of coconut and à beautiful hot chocolate with chunks of chocolate for my daughter. The guest house is ride outside the fort. You can walk alone the water and take in the beautiful scenery and souks are a 5 minute walk away.

Although it's called an apartment, we would consider it a house! It's much bigger than we expected and plenty of space for us 5 friends travelling together. We initially booked just 1 night but were so grateful that we were able to book a 2nd night as the home here is such a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The outdoor space with pool is so spacious with plenty of shade. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare breakfasts and dinner each evening. The location is quiet and peaceful which we loved. We got up early both mornings to what sunrise at the beach. Wadi al Arbeieen was our favourite thing to do nearby, beautiful space for swimming and exploring. We'd love to stay here again when back in Oman

Each morning, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the sunrise over the sea, making it the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy nature. The entire property was ours to enjoy, and it exceeded expectations with its spacious rooms, balconies with ocean views, a charming garden backyard, and even a small pool to cool off. Salem’s hospitality was exceptional, always just a call away for anything we needed, whether it was arranging sightseeing, grocery shopping, or organizing a housekeeper. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Highly recommended!
