Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Kota Kinabalu International Airport is a few steps from the property. Pristine clean rooms. Big lovely apartment with a free water dispenser. Exceeded expecations. Blown away by the sunset view from the top floor. Note the airplane sound is indeed very loud but we didnt hear it after falling asleep.
