Together, they've been incredibly helpful, preparing delicious breakfasts daily, even arranging pizza for us when we craved it at night, and providing transportation to the ferry terminal. What Ahmed offered us wasn't just comfortable accommodations but a joyful experience. I'm truly grateful to him and believe he deserves all the praise and recognition. The owners Mahmoud and his brother Mohammed created their own little paradise in Luxor, and were willing to share it with us. They made our stay very pleasant and were so helpful. They always asked if we were ok, if our room was ok, or if we needed anything else. As they are locals to the area, they also have many connections, which we made use of when organizing some tours. And they are very sincere and honest about the prices, as their main goal is to make their guests happy and feel at home, and not to make a quick buck from organizing tours. They also cook delicious Egyptian style dishes, made from fresh ingredients bought on the same day. Tasneem Palace is conveniently located on the West Bank, near the public pier. It only takes a few minutes by foot, in case you would like to visit the East bank side of Luxor. Their rooms have everything you need. The beds are comfortable with nice warm blankets, a spacious bathroom and we even had a living room with a small kitchen and a refrigerator and stove. How incredible is that 👍!! All in all, just amazing. I can’t praise Tasneem Palace enough, as it is just such a great place to stay. You won’t regret it, as Mahmoud and Mohammed will make sure you will have an incredible time.

It's very quit, right behind the waterfront on the west bank where there are a bunch of nice places to eat. A pretty garden and the pool was very enjoyable. Wifi worked well, and smart tv with youtube and netflix was great for entertainment and getting some history lessons before visiting the sites. Just walk out the door and for a buck or 2 you are on the other side of the Nile or within moments you'll find a taxi to take you to the valley of the kings. We loved it. Owner was very communicative, speaks good English and always responded promptly via whatsapp. 10/10
