Ubicato a Quindío, a 44 km da Ukumari Zoo, Riverside La Masía Ecohotel propone un giardino, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una terrazza e un bar. This has been one of our best travel experiences. The entire team are exceptional hosts - warm, friendly, attentive. They work so hard to make this a nice stay for everyone, no matter your age or background. La Masia has different types of rooms, and we had one of the smaller standard rooms. It was cozy and peaceful, and the space outside is just fabulous. There are multiple benches and hammocks to hang out, or you just roam the beautiful garden with its trees full of birds, or have a chat with one of the staff (which was possible despite our bad Spanish!) They also have a good kitchen, with a hearty Colombian breakfast in the morning and solid Colombian dishes in the evening. And someone is always there to make you a coffee or tea in the afternoon and tell you to relax. Note that this hotel is located a bit outside of the town of Salento - but that makes it even better. You will not find the same peace in the town after a day of hiking or exploration. It's absolutely worth paying an Uber/ Taxi. There is a kiosk nearby where you can buy snacks and water, or you walk to the main road to grab a bite. It's a safe and village-like community where everyone greets you on the way. Very updated and clean . Hot water in the shower! The owner very friendly. We left our baggage for two days for free. Supermarket downstairs. Highly recommended!

It was really big, much bigger than on the pictures, so it was very comfortable. Location is good, it is on a quite street, but in 5 minutes you can reach the center of Salento. The owner was also very heplful, and alway available on whatsapp, so communication was really easy
