Cylia and all the staff were fantastic and made sure we didn't miss anything! We are two young women and we stayed at the Ruhija Gorilla Guest house for one night and then tracked with the gorillas the next day but we would have stayed longer! Our room was fantastic, spacious, clean and with two big comfortable beds. The dinner they cooked for us was great and Cylia is careful to fulfil your every wish. Before dinner we visited the village (an experience not to be missed) we met the local people and visited the school and the orphanage; all the people are extremely kind. Beautiful place in nature Rooms with private pier and access to the lake for a reasonable price. The employee in charge, Joseph, is a wonderful person and arranges everything! Transport between Kabale and the lake can be arranged via them. Accommodation is basic, but the environment is crazy beautiful and given their price, they offer amazing value. If you want to stay at the lake, but you are a budget traveller, then this is the option for you! They even include a free canoe trip to go to the place.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Kabale, Amasiko Homestay Lake Bunyonyi is a guest house surrounded by views of the lake.

Me and my wife had a really nice stay at Makanka Hill Suites. A new and posh house in a quiet place. Spaceous and clean rooms with refreshments. We were served nice breakfast. They also organized a day trip for us to the amazing lake bunyonyi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and some great days.
