Very nice, clean and well maintain apartment in a great location. The kitchen was well equipped and it was comfortable to cook there. It was very easy to find the place and to check in. We highly recommend this apartment for a family vacation.

We loved everything, the room that was spacious and clean, breakfast was good , the location was so close to the high Tara's, the kitchen was very much aquipted and also with free coffee and tea but the most thing we liked was the hosts: Sonia, Peter, and their dauther Nina (speaks English) that were so friendly and welcoming, they helped us and answered our questions willingly.

We stayed at Vila Zvonice for two nights, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The hosts, Michael and Daniela, truly made the difference with their warm, personal approach that made us feel genuinely welcome—almost like visiting longtime friends. The villa has a wonderful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the open areas, the spacious living room, and the bar, which offered a large selection of spirits. As we always travel with our dog, we appreciated how accommodating the place was—it never felt like having a dog with us was an issue. The breakfast was exceptional, prepared by our hosts and served in a charming winery. Sharing the space with other guests created a lovely opportunity for conversation. The homemade cakes were especially delightful. The location is also great. You can take walks around the village, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. It’s also just a 5–10 minute drive to the starting points for full-day hiking trips.

Everything was exceptional. The host was very friendly, the room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was just as roomy. We enjoyed a beautiful view, and there was a fully equipped shared kitchen on the upper floor. It was simply a lovely experience, we highly recommend it and will definitely return.

    Friendly and helpful host. Mrs. Stanislava gave lots of good recommendations, provided maps and guide books. I was happy to see EXTREMELY clean and tidy room and place in general. The location is great as for me (very close to the mountains, Poprad, and all the small villages around), supermarket literally beside the house and restaurants within walking distance.

    Nova Lesna is a quiet village and the perfect location for a trip to the High Tatry. After a hard day hiking returning to a home and not an apartment or hotel was relaxing. The kitchen was kept spotlessly clean. Josefz were helpful with local information.

    We only spent a night here but it was perfect for what we needed. We stayed in room 6 and was enough for the four of us. The room was clean and comfortable. We walked in the village for a nice dinner at the local restaurant and grabbed breakfast stuff from the grocery store next to it. Lucia communicated very well and was a great host . I’d recommend staying here.

    The property is located in the tourist village of Nová Lesná, 10 minutes walk from the Tatra train station. Great, quiet location suitable for families with children. Great accommodation, very cozy and a very kind and helpful owner! We really liked it, I hope to see you in the future.

    The owner of the villa is soo kind and helpful. Gives all his effort to make you satisfied. It is a family business. They speak English! which is not common is Slovakia. Breakfast was excellent and wide selection. Everything is very clean, nice, big room. I am usually very picky but this one was really immaculate clean. Comfortable for a family. Very cosy beds, nice kitchen - welcome processo. Whatever you dream for. Parking right by the entrance. View for the mountains.
