A wonderful house in a historic setting with full amenities. It is located in one of the best parts of the fortifications with spectacular views of the old bastions and sea views. The outdoor terraces/roof garden are awesome. I really enjoyed having a coffee for sunset from the upper roof garden. Kenneth was so welcome and upon arrival access to the Fort from the Gozo ferry was really easy. I met his assistant and she gave me the keys and took me directly to the property where she showed me the house and explained some basic things. The property was so clean and it is very well decorated with all rooms having different themes and décor. I really like the artworks that forms part of the interior decoration and design of the house. The unusual design of the main stairs inspired from a spiral shape is the focal point in the main living area. There are lots of interesting details which makes this property so stunning. Walking around the belvedere of Fort Chambray is so relaxing with breathtaking views of the Gozitan landscape, the island of Comino and sea views stretching up to the island of Malta. Everything was perfect and I will definitely come back to this property. It actually exceeded my expectations.

Amazing place with even more amazing hosts. We spent there a few days together with my girlfriend and we can definitely recommend it. The object is located in quite and very Maltese neighbourhood. We wanted to rest from rush of our daily routine, and the place fitted perfectly. Hosts are very lovely and caring - they prepared some Maltese specials for every breakfast, and when they got to know my girlfriend cannot eat lactose, the modified recipes to align to her needs. They really cared so we have everything we need for the whole staying. They are talkative and helpful. We felt a bit like a part of family. The place is beautiful, you can feel it is designed with attention to detail. As a couple we agreed, it’d be find any better “home” in Gozo! PS: There is a pool available at anytime. So, even we arrived very late in the night, we could jump in immediately :D

We spent a wonderful 2 days at Ta' Gilarda and we can tell you that we had the most loveable humble family who took care of our leasure and comfort We arrived before check in so we spent some time at the pool perfect start. Had some drinks from their menu and some snack Once our room was done the Host Lady and her Lovely daughter Mila showed us our room we were truly amazed was cosy super clean and comfortable with the lovely bath well equipped 5* with everything you need to have a splendid time towel ,tv , a/c , complementary tea cofee water , fridge etc... So much thank you to Nanna ❤️ The pool was crystal clear and the water temperature just perfect afternoon and morning after breakfast must to try to splash in ... 2 type of Sunbeds and pool towel was provided and the surround Garden like a fairy tales ❤️❤️❤️❤️ try to find all the little fairy 🥰 After a nice dinner which place was recommended by one of our Host Gentlemen Keith Coutry terrace which I highly recommend as well price and portionvise not to mention the breath-taking view thank you so much So after a nice dinner we spent the evening on the terrace area of the Ta' Gilarda Bed and Breakfast Farmhouse with the refreshing evening air under the lovely Full Moon light extra points Then after a well rested night we had an amazing breakfast just near to the pool Breakfast was so filling variation of cold cuts salami ham cheese ,jams boild egg selection of juices and breads toaster coffee optional cappuccino espresso fruits cereals Then as I mentioned we jump in the pool have a bit of sunbathing and around 11 was a time to check out and say goodbye for a while and definitely we will return back and recommend to most our friends if they want to get away from the crazy rush life book a night or 2 or maybe more and definitely you will return to the reality like a new person Bless you and keep up your hard work and concepts. We loved our stay! The view is stunning, and the apartment has a cozy, pleasant atmosphere. The furniture is great, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Some potable water is provided complimentary upon arrival. Tea and coffee available. It was nice to have necessary toiletries, plenty of towels, and even robes provided. Haven't used this time, but the shared laundry room might be very convenient for longer stays. The host was responsive, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful experience — we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return!

    The apartment itself was good and in a great area as a base to explore the southern part of Gozo. The nearby village is lovely with parks, viewing platforms over the harbour, and reasonable supermarket not too far away. I was there in winter and the complex was very quiet. The apartment is spacious, sunny and clean. A lift up to the apartment made it easy for transporting luggage. I enjoyed my stay here and would use it again despite problems with contacting host

    Great quiet location but still close to restaurants and bars. Could walk to the harbour or take a short cab ride. The villa was brilliant and very spacious. There were 8 of us and it never felt crowded. Pool and outside dining areas were lovely. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

    The place was centrally located. I loved that we really got a taste of village life being based there - it is close to all amenities and the community life. A baker a few doors down. A bar a few meters away to have typically breakfast in the morning. The place was spotless, modern and comfortable.

    Lovely apartment with good facilities, set in the main village square with easy access to roads going to different parts of the island. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants in the square and very nearby and it’s in a good place for accessing the harbour too.

    Just a couple of minutes from the ferry. When you exit the front door, you can see 5 bar and restaurants, bakery and church. Around the corner another restaurant, grocer, pharmacy and beauty parlour. For a tiny village it has everything a few meters away! The property is kept in immaculate condition and ideal for 2 persons. Maureen our host helped us immediately, when we requested some things!
