I rarely leave a 10/10 review, but this rating is well deserved. The apartments are really comfortable, well equipped and you feel at home right away. However, what I enjoyed the most was the friendly and highly skilled staff. The receptionist,for instance, made my stay very comfortable by allowing me to leave my bicycle in the garage while I was travelling elsewhere in Morocco - so a lot of thanks to him for for the excellent service. I would love to come back.

It was very quaint and comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We were dropped off by a taxi in the vicinity of the accommodation, with the old Medina passageways we didn’t want to get lost. A staff member came to fetch us to guide us through & helped with our bags. Close to the harbour

A true gem! This has to be one of the best boutique hotel experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Every corner of the villa is a true piece of art, with stunning design touches that made us feel like we were staying in an arts museum (but a comfortable one!). The location was also excellent - very close to all the sights, quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of the ocean and city. But what truly elevated our stay was the top-notch service. The staff (Nader, Saeed and Ahmed) were incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to Willem, the owner, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He really made a difference. Overall, we cannot recommend Villa Augustine highly enough!

Best experience in Tangier! Apartments are very cozy and clean, you will find there everything what you need. But the most important thing is owners goodwill. We are very thankfull for the owners for the help as we came from Lithuania with a car with a big problems and owner help us to find mechanic on sunday ( what is really hard in Marocco on sundays). So we are moving further with our mission and we will never forget owners help! Thank you!

Our stay with Farid as our host was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, Farid went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He consistently checked in with us, asking if we needed anything and offering his assistance whenever possible. His attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcomed and valued.     Services, included dinner, were all of first class. The garden is an oasis of mesmerising beauty and tranquility in the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The structure is a villa full of echoes from the colonial and literary past of Tangier. I appreciated being upgraded in a larger room. Youssef, the hotel manager, takes care of everyone and everything in a charming way and he is the real soul of the hotel.

    Villa Augustine is tucked away at the end of a no through road and so is secluded and peaceful but still only 10 minutes walk into the Kasbah. The interiors are stunning, bed linen and beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is superb.
