This is our 2nd visit after visiting 4 years ago, the room is with lake view and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast is good, the hotel's staff's service attitude is great, and there is free parking.

The hotel may be old school in build and look but the staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to assist in booking an excellent yakiniku dinner for us and even printed out instructions in English to ensure we found our way there and could order easily. They called the restaurant which was not available for reservations online and we had a great time there.

The apartment is located at excellent location in the Bihoro city centre closed to all the essential amenities - restaurants, cafes, supermarket, 24/7 convenient stores. It is an excellent to be a base for visiting Lakes - Akan, Kussharo, Mashu, Bihoro Pass. We were able to get a good view of cloud sea at Bihoro Pass.

The step by step instructions were extremely helpful. As was the photo of the accommodation so we knew when we arrived at the correct location. We also found the assistance via email or phone extremely helpful. The Gloce staff were quick to respond, very patient and went above and beyond to assist us. We also loved the extensive facilities especially the clothes washing machine/dryer - very efficient.

My room was ready before check-in hours so the staff gently let me enter the room in advance. The room is quite big. I had a lot of space for all my lugages. There was also a bit desk which was perfect to eat and work. I appreciated taking a bath in the evening.
