This property was fantastic, from colour palette decor to the comfort of the furnishings and the e exquisite ocean views from the bedroom. I needed to book a room last minute, and Aaron who is the property owners & Booking host seriously went above and beyond. His communication was 10/10 and made sure we had a smooth check in, a comfortable stay. He spoke us through the whole process, from payment to getting to the security gate and checking in to letting us know our security deposit had been release. We would definitely book to stay here again at Irie Vibes Ocean View again and we would highly recommended this property. Oh did I mention this property is in a serene gated development with a beautiful infinity pool and mini mart onsite and even has a private beach. This property was exceptional value for money. I loved everything. The view was AMAZING...the town house is well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Mr Brown was so good, giving us suggestions on where to eat etc. The beach on the complex is amazing and quiet. I will definitely recommend this place.

The location is very convenient. Everything is a stone's throw away from the complex, downtown, Norman Manley Blvd, 7 mile beach as a canoe beach, if you preffer to be chill and on your own. You can pick a route taxi up and have a pleasant lunch or dinner in some of the restaurant located on the cliff around the west end, as Xtabi on the cliffs, where you can jump from height to the sea and be chill and fresh on the caves, or visit the famous Rick's cafe. In the night you can enjoy the night life around 7 mile beach and Norman Manley blvd. I swear you will not miss anything in the appartment, so you will find it comfortable as a home. The viewings are pretty nice, as you can see whole 7 mile beach with a cup of coffe in the morning.

First I must say Rose the host was so amazing. We went to celebrate our anniversary and they made dinner for us even though they only do breakfast. Rose set the table light candles and all these nice things for us. It felt like I was at home. The bed was so comfortable my husband didn't even snore and he's a sound sleeper. The bathroom was so clean and beautiful. The pool was so warm and inviting didn't want to leave. If you want comfort and relaxation, Dela de Rose is the place. This will definitely be our vacation spot.

This has been so far been the best accomodation in Jamaica. Everything was amazing. The host was welcoming, warm and kind. We had such a lovely evening sitting by the bar and talking. We had to go to Kingston the next day early in the morning and they woke up at 5am, made the most delicious breakfast to go, and took us to the bus station. The property was amazing, the garden was such a gem and the room spacious and very cute. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, too. At first the location seemed too far from the center but the route taxis are frequent in that area and the host was willing to give us ride whenever we needed it. We only wished we could stay for more than one night.

    We absolutely loved this place. Its beautiful landscape nestled within the forest, the chic pool, functional design, cleanliness of the villa, comfortable rooms and beds, Carmen's attentive assistance at the reception, and the presence of security personnel at all times, etc. All contributed to enhancing our Negril vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone.

    the staff were very nice and helpful. pool was quiet and clean. rooms were comfortable and the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well and made for comfortable sleeps (except for the rooster next door). would be nice if the Villa had a shuttle service for more of a local fee not a tourist fee. seemed every time we wanted to go somewhere it was $20 taxi.
