We had the room on the top floor. The room, the facilities, the view, everything was exceptional. Also the build quality of the room to the last detail was great. The pool was great also, just the right size and great ambient at the pool. Great for kids to have fun and for adults to relax. At breakfast you had a big selection of food. Everything was good. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket, the train to Gornergrat is close as well, the bus stop is also very close. Friendly and helpful staff. If we would come again to Zermatt, we would definitely pick this place again.

A top exeptional appartment, host Ashley was very friendly and very welcoming to us, the best appartment we ever had ! spacious, extremely clean, well equipped all over, amenities of high standard quality, priceless view on the Matterhorn, a short distance walk to the center of the village. We got a bigger room than the we expected which was a wonderful surprise. The kitchen facilities were great. Check in at the hotel a short walk away was easy and had friendly staff. Would have loved to have been staying longer. Location is amazing for walkability.

    The apt is very clean. In fact, we were in the same apt 5 years ago and it looks just as clean and as nice as it was then. The layout was very good and great for a family of 4-6 people. It doesn't have a direct view of the Matterhorn, but that is fine for us because we got a view of the village.
