The property was even nicer than what was shown int the pictures. I love the layout where it was slightly above ground. Very bright and airy. First time I have a host leaving many post it notes all over for instructions, where supplies are, or how a/c has to be operated, simple and direct and made everything so very easy to operate and use. Instead of always going back to a manual to figure things out. I loved the notes. Parking was on driveway literally 3 steps to the door. Just due to the nature of our trip, we didn’t cook, but this is very well stocked, even with barbecue and BBQ utensils.

The location was farther than I expected, but the traffic was always smooth and the view from the house was just amazing. Contacting the owner had a little time lag so that we didn't know how to unlock/lock the entrance door, but luckily we arrived the location at the same time the owner came back, so I was able to get that information. Because the summer this year has been incredibly hot, we wanted to stay AC'ed place, and this was just perfect. The owner gave us so much information, where to visit, where to eat out, what to do, and so on. Because we weren't new to Victoria, we knew what we were going to do, but such plenty information must be helpful for first time visitors for sure.

Beautifully decorated, very cosy and clean with a backyard for children to roam and blow dandelions. Absolutely loved the ambience and especially the short distance to Colwood waterfront , my family went twice to the beach because it was so near. I loved all the amenities provided and the cute popcorn machine , thank you for the wonderful home you have provided during our stay!

The suite was comfortable and everything was exactly as announced. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very spacious. It is also nice that you can wash and dry your laundry there. It was was directly next to a bus stop and the bus brings you downtown within 20 minutes. Would stay there again!

    Simple and clean. Loved the shower! Decent kitchenette for making breakfasts. Location was okay for driving into Greater Victoria or going to Sooke and other western points. We enjoyed the village of Metchosin, especially the little coffee shop called The Broken Paddle.
