Room very comfortable and nice, lots of space, very clean. Breakfast is more than enough for 2 persons. Hosts are very friendly and nice! If we had more time, we definetely would have stayed longer there!!!

Nice, comfy, perfectly clean accomodation right in the center, close to the bus station and the market. Very nice owner, I get much better room than I booked for price of the cheaper one. The owner managed a reservation of the place in the morning bus. I'm very sory for my mistake, when I after influence of delicious local beer can't find the right door and the owner came and opened the right one for me, cause I tried to open the neighbour's one...

The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

Quiet appartment in the outskirts of town, you feel like in nature, although the city centre is at walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick me up from the bus station and he brought me there, after having arranged a minibus transfer for me. At arrival I was served coffee and self made cake by the lady of the house. You experience genuine Armenian hospitality here!

A very peaceful place, very helpful & nice staff. Close to mountain walking route and not far from the center. The building has both the charm of old house and the functionality of a new house. As for breakfast, they can make what you want. There was a restaurant called Salori within walking distance, in Zakarian street; surprisingly it was one of the best restaurants I have ever been! Also the museum of fine arts is excellent, and the folk museum is very nice in Vanadzor.
