Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! Very pleasant stay here. We were very well received with kind attentions every day: fruit and tomatoes from the garden, compote…. We also learned how to make Armenian compote. The accommodation is very clean and very practical. Its location allows you to rest because there is no noise around the house. It is a perfect place to visit the surroundings, even without a car. We felt like family! We have spent 4 nights at Arman's place, and we can only recommend it to everyone! If you are looking for a friendly, cozy, local and familiar stay in Vanadzor, this is the place to be. The house has a nice garden and it is very quite. It is a little outside of the busy centre and has a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains (but is still very close to go everywhere in the city, shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby). The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. You can have a delicious and abundant typical Armenian breakfast on request. Arman and his wife have been very helpful with all our needs. We hope to come back someday and recommend this guest house to all travelers looking for a warm and peaceful stay!

A very peaceful place, very helpful & nice staff. Close to mountain walking route and not far from the center. The building has both the charm of old house and the functionality of a new house. As for breakfast, they can make what you want. There was a restaurant called Salori within walking distance, in Zakarian street; surprisingly it was one of the best restaurants I have ever been! Also the museum of fine arts is excellent, and the folk museum is very nice in Vanadzor.
