We absolutely LOVED it! I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect, not far from the Shaki Watefall and Zorats Qarer . The owners Mher and Liza were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic. Our room was really comfortable. The hotel is just so cute and feels like a real home away from home with the welcoming owners. It was excellent value too. I will come back and when I will definitely stay in this hotel again. This hotel is just perfect!

Extraordinary homestay. My best home in 3 weeks in Armenia. It could figure under 4 Star Hotel. Elegant, all comfort. New furniture, carpets and all what you could find in a high priced Hotel.. His Owner VARDAN together with his wife are extremely nice, high cultivated and have a great knolledge about history, culure ,and can give you precious Help for a perfekt Tour. Breakfast was fabulous and you feel so wEllcomed as Tourist.Hard to leave this place.

Nina and her husband are very friendly. The room is very clean and bright. The common room is delightful, very condortable. There's a balcony for watching the sunset. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is also very good (ask for the honey, it's homegrown).

Beautiful modern house, with all facilities and comfort expected. Garek and Metaksia are lovely friendly people, who are rightly proud of there B&B. You can feel the love and care they have put into it. Always ready to help, we rang them later to help find a petrol station, when we were running out of petrol. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was truly delicious. Homemade, that morning, gata (almond pastries), omlette, sausages, fried potatoes, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, bread and jams. We were even packed away with the extra pastry for later. This is a gem of a B&B, we thoroughly recommend it.

Everything! Angina and Rubin are kindhearted and friendly hosts, they hosted me as if I were family. Food was plenty and superb and bed was comfortable! :)
