The staff were friendly, kind, as well as respectful and gave you your space to enjoy the property. Spending Christmas at the location was wonderful. The views from the terrace are magnificent, could have slept outside the entire time. The breakfast was small but delicious. You do not feel the boat moving at all, and the staff allowed me to leave my luggage with them before and after check-in/check out. The main lounge area of the boat was homey and comfortable
