I stayed here as my overnight in portblair and returned for additional overnights (in between my travels) Shiv is a great host and went to great extents to make sure I was organized for my different travels.

Good, Excellent location near the Kalapani Museum and also nearby local market. Since it was my first trip wanted a good room clean and tidy in reasonable rate. The owner was very helpful and their hospitality was good.

Mount Harriet National Park is 44 km from the bed and breakfast. Veer Savarkar International Airport is 1 km away. We stayed as a group of four (in two rooms) at Pibo Homestay during our visit to Port Blair. The homestay is conveniently located close to the airport, and other attractions are also nearby—everything is about a 20-minute drive from Pibo. We were also provided with complimentary airport pickup, which was a thoughtful touch. The rooms are clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The service is commendable. While only breakfast is offered on-site, Swiggy and Zomato deliver to the homestay, making dining convenient. Mr. Aneesh can assist with arranging accommodations on other islands, ferry bookings, water activities at discounted rates, and day excursions. Unfortunately, we had already pre-booked these activities, so we couldn’t avail of his services, but it’s a great option for future stays. A special mention to Mr. John (the caretaker) and his team for their excellent hospitality. Additionally, Mr. Campbell (the cab driver) deserves recognition for his cheerful and adventurous driving on the roads of Port Blair. These boys were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pibo Homestay and are looking forward to returning in the future!

The units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kettle, a walk-in shower, free toiletries and a desk. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. All units at the bed and breakfast are fitted with a private bathroom and bed linen. Our host Raj helped us navigate our time in Port Blair. He acted as driver, helped us book our ferry trip and gave good recommendations. The room had a large living area and generous bedroom. Breakfast was good and served to our room. Air conditioning worked well. This is a great place for people looking to spend time exploring Port Blair. The value for money is exceptional for "western" travellers, but it is not a place where you're going to hang out during the day. More of an eat and sleep experience. But Raj can keep you busy and is a very knowledgeable guide.

The harbour connecting to Havelock Island is just a km away. The nearest airport is Veer Savarkar International Airport, 5 km from The Seaview Residency. The manager was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist with questions, arranging transportation, and even allowed me to leave some luggage behind when I was off to another location for a few days. The balcony view was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The proximity to the Haddo jetty was perfect. It was very easy to get cheap transportation to the markets in central Port Blair. I would absolutely recommend the Seaview Residency.

At the bed and breakfast, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Probably the best maintained place that we saw during our 1 month visit to India! Compliments for the staff!!! Dinner was also very good! We will come back!
