Very nice place to stay. Wonderful family and incredible hospitality, they make us feel like home. They even picked us up from the bus stop. The room is comfortable and very clean. The place is safe and calm. There’s beautiful garden with fantastic view. Big and tasty breakfast. The food is tasty and cheap.It’s also a good place to get know something more about people in Munnar. The best place we stayed in India.

Closed to a very nice local restaurant and bakery . 2 minutes walking from the inner center . The owner , Ronee, assisted me as i got injured while trekking . He drove me to the pharmacy and many others places . He also offered me lovely chocolate from his shop .

don’t be distracted by not to much reviews from other guests. The facility is completely new and therefore the less amount. However the hosts have an other high rated Homestay which is for a reason! everything about our stay was very nice. facility is outstandingly, located in the forest with beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is very clean. The outdoor shower is gorgeous! The hosts themselves are very nice as well, the food served was delicious. Activities: we went to the pettimudi hill too what is a very nice view point. You can rather hike from the homestay which is a bit more challenging but doable or take a Tuktuk to the start of the dirt track. Additionally some waterfalls are only 5-10 mins walking from the homestay. The only downside might be the isolated location. I guess you love it or hate it, we loved it. moreover there are some Moskitos around but that’s the way it is… Overall 10/10

Everything! The room was superclean as well as the bathroom. The bed was supercomfortable, there was hot shower, the staff was superkind and helpful, the relation quality-price was probably the best in munnar and the location was nice as well (quiet and not really far). Highly recommendable!

Nice place with view and friendly staff/owner? Very cosy communal area where it's easy to meet people and rooftop with a good view :) They also had a small café in the end of the building where you can get European breakfast.

Everything was great, would really recommend staying here. It's a lovely location and Prakash and his family have everything sorted. They sorted our activities (trekking through tea plantations / spice plantations, Jeep safari to national park and view points, tea factory visit). Prakash organised our onward travel to vagamon and was really helpful despite the tricky location of the next hotel. Breakfast was really tasty, the facilities are everything you need, and the view is good. A short walk into the local town area and there are some good restaurants. We were recommended prakrithi restaurant which was a 10 min walk /2min tuktuk and we liked it so much we went back 4 times! Overall I would stay at blue mist again if I was in the area and would recommend it to other travellers.

    Great location if you come to Munnar without private vehicle and rely on public transport to discover the region. Central and quiet at the same time, unusual for Munnar. Great balconies at the back to relax after a full day of hiking. The manager Roniy is very friendly and has lots of great recommendations to help you enjoy Munnar and its beautiful surroundings. Don't miss it!
