Highly recommend from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, had excellent service, clean, polite, friendly and amazing facilities. The evening we arrived they were fully booked for food but still manage to squeeze us in so we could have some food. The meal was very big , the taste and quality of the food was amazing. If we need to go back up any time, I will definitely rebook here if it’s available. Well done 5 stars all round and thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed xx

This was an exceptionally lovely one-night stay just before Christmas. The decorations were beautiful, the food superb, the bed comfortable, and the staff so friendly and helpful.

We were just blown away by the Studio, Katie had thought of everything you could need for a perfect getaway experience, and she was so helpful. The bed was the most comfortable we've found anywhere in our travels - we even found two hot water bottles, just in case (not needed). The breakfast provided was just right for us. Our dog, Grace, was in her element, loads of walkies and places to explore. Just wonderful!!

As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

Great guesthouse. Perfectly situated close to Sleaford Town centre. My single room with en suite was perfect for my needs. It had everything you would want. Good shower, towels, tea, coffee, comfortable bed and very clean room. The host, Alex, was very welcoming, good communications and flexible to a late check-in. I will stay there again on my next trip.
