I LOVED the room I stayed in and the interior was beautiful. THe host had a huge garden where I could eat my food and the breakfast was incredible. She also helped me to find a safe parking for my motorcycle since the path was so steep. The place was close to the city and perfect distance if you have a car or motorbike. THe lady was very nice and had a cute guard dog. THe kitchen had a refrigirator and cooking possibilities. I recommend taking a ferry to Illes de Margaurite and visit the underwater face statues also know as the underwater museum.

Villa Tricia is the perfect play to stay in Cannes. Paul, who lives here in this beautiful home is lovely and immediately makes you feel at home. He was relaxed and very flexible for my needs. You never feel like you're intruding or that you cannot leave or come when you like - it's all very easy and cozy. Villa Tricia is perfectly situated in the city of Cannes, particularly if you are attending for the Cannes film festival. I walked everywhere during my stay. It's about a 30 minute walk along a beautiful beach to the city centre and the primary festival area. It's also a 30 minute walk to the secondary festival area in the other direction, the Cineum, which means that you can easily attend either area depending on your schedule - particularly as the buses can be stuck in traffic and very busy. One of the best things is that the house is less than a five minute walk from a beautiful beach that is not very busy. I was often going out at the end of the day to take a twilight dip in the ocean in the very warm water and pretty much had the beach to myself - though there's plenty of activity there during the day. I was walking barefoot there and using the very convenient on-beach showers. The room itself is very clean, a cleaner had thoroughly cleaned it right before my arrival. It's very large and well lit and there is a very nice bathroom shared between two rooms that I think was very comfortable.

We got very warm welcome by Violette and Christoph. Nice room with the garden view and lovely breakfast. For us this was a perfect overnight as we arrived Nice airport in the evening and were on our way to Aix-en-Provence.

    Eric was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and with attention to detail in bedroom and bathroom. He has thought of everything. Generous breakfast, lovely fresh fruit, pastries, juice, coffee. Only 2 rooms, so felt personal and quiet. Private car park. Helpful information offered. Comortable bed/ bedroom and lovely bathroom facilities. A great find in Cannes La Bocca.
