Everyone was exceptionally courteous during our stay. This trip was to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alexandra, the guest relations executive, went above and beyond to ensure my child was happy—and she indeed was. Getting to the location was straightforward, and I must say, it is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the sunset by the beach. We opted for the private cinema package and the teenager's club option, which my kids adored. Upon arriving at our room, my daughter stumbled upon a birthday cake, balloons, and lovely decorations by the bed, including a plushie! Also, the room was quiet, with no nearby slamming doors or noisy neighbors. We chose the half-board option and dined at an Italian restaurant. The menu featured various options, and everything we tried, from the starters to the desserts, was outstanding. The following day, we went for breakfast, and, as expected, the choices were excellent and delicious. To my daughter’s surprise, the staff sang the "Happy Birthday" song, which made her incredibly happy. On our arrival day at the teens' club, they asked us to come by the following morning for a surprise. They had prepared another cake, which was a wonderful gesture. My wife visited the spa for a massage that was so good it put her to sleep! Meanwhile, I enjoyed the indoor pool and steam bath on the men's side of the gym and spa. We must mention that upon arrival and departure, we listened to a skillful Violinist who created the perfect ambiance in the lobby. We left super happy, and we will be back in the future Thanks

The staff was amazing. Shout out to Toofiq, Mohammed, Chan and many more. We felt at home from the beginning till the end. The view was amazing. The apartment was huge with all needed amenities available. The entertainment program for children is absolutely amazing. We were very happy.
