Out of all the places I stayed along the Camino, this was the one I’d come back to without thinking twice. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended!

Nearby restaurants everywhere.

I had a private room with balcony looking out over river. Was very clean and beautifully decorated. Good hot shower. Hair dryer in cupboard.

The room is spacious and the floor-length windows add even more space. When the windows are open, you can walk right onto the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. The bathroom was great as well, lots of space to put your toiletteries and move comfortably. The place feels like a family business and the staff is really friendly and nice.

Venceslau Wine Boutique Hostel is located in the heart of Vila do Conde. Completely renovated, this accomodation is a 10-minute walk from the beach and 100 meters from the Metro station. Quaint queen size room. Very clean with a nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable and there was the added convenience of a restaurant downstairs owned by the same family with tasty food. The host was very nice. We would definitely go back.

The café , the wine selection was superb, and the water was refreshing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Supergut!
