Super clean room, delicious food and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. Short drive/walk to the beach. Not sure why it’s rated so low

Juda Holiday Villa, a property with a garden, is situated in Batticaloa, 200 metres from Kallady Beach, 2.3 km from Batticaloa Railway Station, as well as 3.5 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa. The place was clean and well situated. One young lovely couple hosting guests in two rooms. Big breakfast for 1000 Rs served by them in the morning in requested time.

Extremely clean room. Brand new mosquito nets. Lovely balcony. Delicious veg omelette for breakfast. Free bicycles to use to explore. Few mins away from Pasidukah and Kalkudah beaches. Family run hotel, Runi (main guy, owner) is a very kind and humble man. Always wanting to help us with anything we needed and brought us hot coffee in the mornings. Little shop very close by, a hopper man sets up his stall just outside in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Located within 400 metres of Pasikuda Beach and 100 metres of Sri Muththu Mariyamman Kovil in Pasikuda, Inn On The Bay features accommodation with seating area. A wonderful place to stay! The cabanas are very comfortable, with plenty of space and the outdoor bathroom was a highlight. Also having a patio in the garden to relax in the evening is always a treat. The restaurant onsite was well priced and an easy option for dinners. Very close to the beach and a shop at the gate with all the essentials. Highly recommend.

With garden views, Naaval Beach Villa & Rooms is set in Batticaloa and has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Basically almost everything. The most decent owner I have encountered in Sri Lanka, he even tolerated me there up to the last moment even though he was closing the place for couple of days and I was the last guest to leave. He would arrange food or drinks, all brought asap. Location in Navalady is quite remote, but serene and beautiful.

The room in the bungalow was spacious and clean, we loved the outside bathroom & shower. Super close to the beach! Recommend!

Located within less than 1 km of Dutch Fort Batticaloa and a 19-minute walk of Batticaloa Railway Station, Sri Construction Circuit Bungalow features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

The room is very clean and the host is very attentive. It’s a pretty quiet area, keeping in mind we visited in February. Overall a very good stay for a stopover from Trinco to Pottuvil
