The proximity of the beach is just awesome, a few meters. We did many beaches around these islands, and Anse Lazio is one of the best. It is also close to Anse Georgette which is a nice beach to visit before leaving Praslin. Madam Chantal, the owner is very nice and reactive to any need of its guests. I highly recommend this place.

We have stayed in first floor, which had a lovely terrace with sea view, also with an amazing view to the sunset! The facilities are really well kept and I have to mention Karen - she is a gem. The best host you can have, always available to help and give advice. She is also available through WhatsApp in case you need anything. We were received with two fresh coconuts, which was lovely! Although it is an apartment, our room was tidied up every morning and towels changed when needed.

Beautifully appointed room with outside balcony, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, good wifi, comfy bed, lovely garden around property, delightful host owner. We arrived early and due to husband being unwell with flu, cancelled a boat trip, to have a rest day. We were allowed to have room about 9 15am, which was so good. Supermarkets were close by to walk to. It proved the perfect hotel for a rest day

Comfortable, very clean place with lots of outdoor space to chill. Friendly staff who let us check in earlier and check out later. Good location if you have a car. Villa is located quite far away from the most popular beach and ferry jetty. There is a beach across the street but full of rayfish. Restaurants and supermarkets around. We would highly recommend staying at the villa if you have a car.

Amazing 6days stay with my wife in Yasad residence at the beginning of May. We have booked three rooms apartment in the first floor. Huge, very well equipped including nice balcony. Yasad residence is very calm and quiet place. Perfect sunset spot. Mrs Nora is very nice, friendly and helpful person. She also helped us to rent a car at very last minute and it works very well. Are you interested in some tours (Couriouse, snorkeling St.Pierre etc. ) she can help as well. We have also appreciated everyday cleaning from her friendly and smiling staff. Then Nora prepared real Creole dinner for us our last night. And it was simply amazing - huge whole very tasty fish with rice, creole chutney, lentils and sauce. I still regret that we could not eat everything (huge fish portion) :-) . I really recommend this Yasad residence. Thanks for amazing stay.

Residence praslinoise is a beautiful place! Veronica Made us feel very welcome. She told us we got een upgrade from the studio to the bungalow. The room is amazing! Very new and clean. Good A-C and great kitchen equipped with everything you need. The pool and the veranda are a perfect place to have a drink and relax. Like other people mentioned in their reviews: the only thing we regret is not staying longer!

We are very satisfied and happy! Lina is a friendly owner and helped in anything question. The beach (Anse Volbert) is across the street - very close. It is good, then you have opportunity to wake up in the morning and swim in the ocean. There are fruit shops, cafe and take away foods near the hotel. So, the infrastructure is excellent in my opinion. Room number was clean, excellent, thanks for the staff. A number is comfortable, everything you need are present: kitchen, wifi, balcony, patio, cookware, TV and other things. Yes, I can absolutly recommend this hotel. We liked all!!

The property is stunning and on the beach front. It has modern fittings and appliances. The bus stop and the shops for essentials are relatively close which was very convenient. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. It has a cute lovely pool, and a great space for yoga in the mornings.
