Very close to the bus and train station, close to a beach. Host is a very lovely and relaxed man who welcomed me with a cold drink when I first arrived and has lots of great local restaurant recommendations. The room was mostly men but everyone staying there was lovely and I felt really comfortable. There is a really nice outside sitting area with a view of the garden.

Nice and very clean room. Great location, right next to the main bus and train station. Beach within short walking distance. Roshan was very friendly and even helped us to organise a taxi transport to the airport. We highly recommend his place.

We stayed for 2 nights the room was spacious and had good air conditioning with a big balcony and lovely view. The owner was welcoming and informative, also gave us a lift back to the train station.

The place is a bit more pricy but had very modern, clean and spacious rooms - the best we had on our whole Sri Lanka trip. The place is close to Hikkaduwa beach but is located in a quiet side street. From there you can walk to all the restaurants and bars. The people who manage the place are very friendly and open. If you have any wish dont hesitate to ask - they will figure out a way.

Everything was perfect. Very nice and willing people with cute dog. Bodhi took us snorkeling to show us the beauty of the ocean. A wonderful peaceful garden with excellent home-grown fruit. Beautiful place, close to the train, but it didn't matter. Close to the beach. Many amazing fireflies at night, but there are mosquitoes too - you must have repellent. Room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable.
