Condominium Haru was even bigger, cleaner and more conveniently located than I was expecting! There are so many good places to eat a block or two away (I especially recommend the pork place on the corner opposite!); Kokusai-dori and the monorail are a 5-minute walk. The facilities like kitchen, laundry and bathroom were state-of-the-art and everything you needed was already provided - if you have little kids there were heaps of toys and other kid stuff; we had a teenager, so Netflix and a separate bedroom was a winner. We all wanted to stay longer! Best accommodation of our trip.

If you are finding a place near Tomari port this is it. Very close to the boats departures and the ticket office. Big and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely kind, and kakigoris are awesome
