Tangerine garden and the stream from the mountains right in front of the house - that's awesome! We can collect the fruits in autumn (I was invited to). I enjoyed relaxing at that terrace and talking to the owners - they so hospitable! They would often offer some breakfast, coffee, whatever you want. The shower is clean, rooms a spacious, and AC is installed, works fine. Beautiful view from the terrace. It's a bit away from the beach, but I would better listen to the stream than the noise from the beach. If you feel good enough, you can go up to the Gonio Cross (25 mins). Thank you, dear!
