Great quite location, about a 10 minute walk to town ,plenty of parking ,rooms are spacious with a large shower ,it's our second time staying here ,hope to be back soon

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Linroy Guest House in Skegness! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed – Gerry made sure everything was perfect, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond. The room was spotless, spacious, and so cozy, giving a real homely vibe that made me feel right at ease. Waking up to a delicious full English breakfast each morning was the cherry on top, setting me up perfectly for the day. And I can’t forget Frank, their lovely dog, who added such a warm touch to the experience! For anyone looking for a great value, welcoming stay, I highly recommend the Linroy. Can’t wait to return!
